SC accepts plea against sacking of COAS, DG ISI

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) has accepted the petition filed against possible sacking of COAS and DG ISI for initial hearing after removing all objections raised by the court office, Geo News reported.
The bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry heard the appeal against objections raised by the Registrar Office. 

The CJ forwarded SK Butt's petition to the court office and directed that the petitions be fixed for regular hearing for being maintainable.
