The Commanding Officers’ Conference is a formal event for interaction between unit commanders and senior officers. It is aimed at professional and administrative improvement within units of a particular regiment with special emphasis on issues affecting the soldiers.
Talking on the occasion, the COAS appreciated the efforts of the Regiment in fighting militancy and the commitment and valour of its officers and soldiers, ISPR stated.
Earlier on arrival, the COAS was received by Lieutenant General Alam Khattak and other senior officers.
